Annemie returned to Sanctuary Chief’s Camp in November 2017 as General Manager, after working as GM in 2008, and holds a diploma in Hotel Management. Annemie has been in the hotel industry since 1996, holding multiple posts where a wealth of knowledge and experience was earned.

Sky as he is affectionately known by both colleagues and guests is am easy going character which suits his guiding profession perfectly. He was born in a small village along the Okavango River and grew up heading cattle. Sky left for Maun in 1999 where he enrolled with the Okavango school for guides training. He joined the team at Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero in 2008.

Martin first obtained his guides license in 1999 as a grade A guide and subsequently upgraded to a full guide in 2001. He joined Sanctuary Baines' in 2004 as a professional guide and still loves the bush. With his exceptional knowledge of the Okavango Delta and its fauna and flora, he has a true love and passion for his county and its wildlife.

After Thabo completed his Tourism Studies he joined Sanctuary Retreats as Lodge Administrator in 2014.

Keletile has done extensive guiding with mobile safaris in very diverse areas such as Nxai pan, the central Kalahari and the Moremi game reserve. In April 2005 he worked as a field researcher doing work on the brown hyena in the Makgadikgadi salt pans. After this he was involved with Lion and Wild dog research projects in the Okavango delta and Moremi nature reserve. Keletile completed his practical training in the western part of the Kruger National park. He joined Sanctuary Retreats in May 2011 and will be based at Chiefs Camp.

Basadi holds a certificate in Business Management, and joined Sanctuary in March 2002, starting out at Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero. After working as a Waitress for 2 years, she was promoted to Trainee Manager. Two years later she was promoted to Assistant Manager, a position in which she excelled. She then took up the position of Relief Manager for the Delta Camps, which allowed her to put her valuable experience to use which in turn led to her being appointed as Camp manager at Sanctuary Chief's Camp.
