Taking the keys of an unknown vacation home can be daunting, so we have taken time to choose a private and exclusive portfolio of high-quality properties, managed by our own staff who check and inspect each property before you arrive, ensuring your luxury villa is perfect for you. Where possible we supply crucial information such as dimensions for the pool, beds and rooms and aim to provide a comprehensive selection of photos. Our local teams also co-ordinate thorough health & safety audits and regular inspections of all of the properties in our portfolio therefore offering you peace of mind and a hassle-free holiday.
Everyone’s concept of a holiday is slightly different, so each of our villas can be booked (unless otherwise stated) in one of two ways, either as:
- “Sanctuary Hosted” or
- “Tailor Made”
“Sanctuary Hosted”:
If you choose to buy your villa as “Sanctuary Hosted”, the price will include a carefully selected range of unobtrusive services, devised to add practicality, comfort, security and a slice of pampering to what is already a fabulous villa. Our aim is to ensure that with this service guests can continue to feel independence and privacy, one of many reasons for choosing a villa holiday over a hotel.
The “Sanctuary Hosted” inclusions are –
- Rental of the property and its gardens including electricity, gardener and general maintenance
- Daily maid service 4 hours per day
- Supply of linen with one linen change on the weekend and one mid-week
- Supply of pool towels with one change of pool towels on the weekend and one mid-week
- One airport/station arrival welcome, including assistance in arranging onward transportation
- Drinks fridge stocked on arrival
- Arrival evening’s light supper and fruit bowl
- Introductory orientation tour of local area with your Sanctuary Host
- Starter pack of luxurious toiletries per bathroom
- Welcome provisions
- Comprehensive information pack
- Continental breakfast and newspaper delivered on the first morning
- Local taxes and administration charges
- The services of a Sanctuary Host – on call at any time during your stay. Our team are knowledgeable local experts and their main aim is to ensure your villa holiday is hassle free

“Tailor Made”:
At Sanctuary we understand that not everyone’s needs are the same and for some, our tailor made option may be more suitable. Here we propose our properties on a ‘villa only’ basis, with the freedom to book from a menu of Finishing Touches that we offer and also the additional Sanctuary services that are available, such as maids, cooks, nannies, chefs, cooks , transfers and car rental.
The “Tailor Made” inclusions are -
- Rental of the property and its gardens including electricity, gardener and general maintenance
- Supply of linen with one linen change during the week
- Supply of pool towels with one change of pool towel per week
- Local taxes and administration charges
- A Sanctuary representative is available by telephone in case of emergency and will visit guests on the arrival weekend
