Travelling on a safari to Africa alone? During the low seasons and certain times of the year we’ve wavered single supplements for our lodges and camps in Southern and East Africa.

Solo travel. Liberating or petrifying? Some call it the ultimate self-indulgence as you do what you want to do - all the time! Travelling alone doesn’t mean travelling lonely. It’s the most conducive way to meet people from different corners of the world.

Self Indulgence

One thing's for sure. Nothing compares to the freedom of your own agenda. Some days you may decide to rise before the sun and set out to seize the day. The next day it will be perfectly alright to sleep in until midday. When you travel to Southern Africa during our green and low season month, single supplements will be wavered. From 6 January to 14 June and again from 1 November to 5 January. For Kenya and Uganda, there will be no single supplement from 1 April to 20 June and from 1 November to 15 December.

Sanctuary Kusini

Sanctuary Kusini is the only permanent tented camp in the southern Serengeti and provides extraordinary views of the plains below. Every year wildebeest congregate on the camp's "doorstep" in this unspoilt and remote part of the Serengeti.

Sanctuary Swala

Sanctuary Swala is located in a secluded area of Tarangire National Park, arguably northern Tanzania's most interesting park, famous for the large herds of elephants and spectacular baobab trees.

Sanctuary Chief's Camp

Sanctuary Chief's Camp is located in the exclusive Mombo Concession in the Moremi Game Reserve on Chief's island. The Moremi is know as the 'predator capital of Africa'.
