We're Listed in the Condé Nast Traveler Gold List

December 2011
We are delighted to announce that three of our Sanctuary safari lodges and camps have made the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2012 for Africa and the Middle East. This list is voted by readers annually as the world’s best places to stay. Congratulations to all of the teams at the camps!
Sanctuary Chief’s Camp in Botswana’s Moremi Game Reserve offers luxury accommodation in twelve thatched roof pavilions and gourmet food, combined with a range of activities including both traditional 4x4 and mokoro safaris make your stay here a delight. Furthermore, Sanctuary Chief’s Camp’s inclusion in the Gold List for five consecutive years has given it the elevated status of entry to the Condé Nast Traveler Platinum list.
Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero in Chobe National Park, Botswana is located overlooking the Chobe River offering fantastic views of the surrounding area. Guests stay in individual cottages with private gardens and the lodge offers a range of activities including a range of indulgent treatments in a full-service on-site spa.
Sanctuary Olonana in the Masai Mara, Kenya is located on the river and guests are often greeted by the resident hippos as they come into camp. With an unrivalled commitment to eco-tourism, a range of activities from game drives to visits to a local Maasai village and exceptional service, Sanctuary Olonana is the perfect choice for a traditional yet luxurious Kenya safari.
