"A wonderful location, where we were made to feel special and welcome. The staff were always happy, helpful and polite. The safari walks were indescribable, they were varied, informative, and we felt at one with the environment. How the chefs managed such good meals with limited space and equipment is amazing. The food was always full of flavour and well cooked, with a balance between local and more international type food. The tents were luxury camping, a king size comfortable bed in the middle of nowhere! With just the lullaby of natural sounds to lull you to sleep. The whole experience was beyond our dreams. We made a serious mistake when booking Sanctuary Zebra Plains – we should have booked for 6 nights not just 3!"

"Just returned from Sanctuary Zebra Plains - without a doubt one of the most special places on earth! The food was amazing – especially considering the camp has no electricity and makes use of an earth oven to bake the breads and other culinary delights. The fresh warm doughnuts just before our afternoon walk was a highlight. We learnt so many interesting things while touching, tasting, smelling and of course laughing at the same time. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!"
