"The Eclipse is a wonderfully run ship. Officers, cruise director, guides, catering and cabin staff were all efficient, friendly, well informed and focused on giving us the best of experiences in the Galapagos. They certainly succeeded. The food was very good and interestingly varied, some of the kitchen and waiting staff were musically gifted too! The expeditions were well organised and briefings beforehand to prepare for the varied terrain and opportunities to see and learn about the wonderful un-shy wildlife were truly magical. The captain even circled the ship around a playful school of dolphins - brilliant!"

"I had a great holiday in Galapagos. I loved the Eclipse. The atmosphere was relaxing, friendly and fun. The food was good with a lot of choice. For me it was the little quirky things, like the daily table decorations and the towels on the beds in animal shapes that made it special. The daily excursions were well organised and the previous night's briefing ensured that we were well prepared. The naturalists were well informed and helpful. As a female travelling alone I felt very safe and would definitely recommend the Eclipse to friends."

"The Tour Guides were all excellent, very knowledgeable and passionate about the islands. The photographer Jonathan Green was fantastic and added another exciting experience to the trip. The Photo Safari program is superb!"

"My only complaint is that the food was so good I put on at least 5 pounds! Delicious, amazing and varied menus."
Mr & Mrs Seward, June 2012
"The most memorable part was the total experience on the Eclipse. The endless effort put forward by the crew and naturalists, the quality of the food and the attention to detail. The professionalism was exceptional and in particular the sincerity and fun loving attitude of the Ecuadorian crew was truly appreciated. The staff was unbelievable. The naturalists were so knowledgeable and personal in their delivery and explanations."
