Fare Changes to Galapagos Flights

In December 2011 the Ecuadorian government announced that they will be changing the way in which fuel subsidies are applied to internal flights. This has resulted in an increase for domestic flights, including those to the Galapagos Islands from mainland Ecuador.
After a series of meetings with the airline AEROGAL, and concerns raised by the Galapagos yacht operators, we are happy to announce that AEROGAL has reduced their Fuel Surcharge rates from $112 USD (roundtrip, including taxes) to $78 USD (roundtrip, including taxes).
