New Luxury Catamaran in the Galapagos

We are thrilled to announce the addition of another luxury vessel to Sanctuary Retreats portfolio with the M.C. Athala II in the Galapagos Islands. This 16-passenger motor catamaran first set sail in 2007, and has just completed an extensive six week refurbishment to provide guests with an even higher level of comfort, style, space and breath-taking views. The catamaran offers fully-air conditioned accommodation, with eight staterooms located on two decks and four cabins on the main deck all complete with private balconies.
The Galapagos Islands are the perfect destination for outdoor and nature enthusiasts. With this in mind, the M.C. Athala II has plenty of outside areas, including a large sundeck, open air bar and the al fresco dining area. The sundeck is great for dolphin and whale watching or you can sit back and relax in the new Jacuzzi. This is also a fantastic area for star gazing at night.
The M.C Athala II offers a schedule of two alternate sailings - either via Española or Genovesa Islands - wih a choice of 5 or 7 night options. It is the perfect vessel for those looking to experience this UNESCO World Heritage site in the exclusive comfort of a 16-passenger yacht.
